ACTION LEARNING GROUPS

 

We’ve enjoyed some amazing success with delegates, through using Action Learning Groups as part of an on-going programme of management development.

 

On their own, or alongside other learning methods this method of learning focuses on the group members bringing a ‘learning question’ and then working with the other group members to create strategies for moving forward.

 

Action Learning is a powerful tool. Delegates take ownership for their own development, and for providing the right support for others.

 

A Skills to Go facilitator provides structure and appropriate interventions to maximise the learning opportunity.

 

High level communication skills are developed as a by-product of the Action Learning process, as participants learn to listen, evaluate, question appropriately and coach each other.
