What they wanted: A Presentation Skills course that built confidence and capability for a range of staff, some of whom had never given a formal presentation before.

What we delivered: An interactive and practical 2 day workshop, which now runs as part of the regular Cardinal Health in-house training programme. The delegates prepare and deliver several presentations and are given the option for video feedback on a one-to-one basis. NLP techniques are used to develop enhanced communication skills.
